The small kitchen brigade is lead by multi award-winning Chef, Deruke Tee, who ensures a high standard of quality classic dishes combined with imaginative flourishes and modern know-how. Deruke's focus is to place LeftBank on the map as Weymouth's flagship seafood restaurant.
Greeting and looking after our customers is Helena Boot, whose vibrant personality and attention to detail is evident in the warm, friendly and attentive service provided front of house.
